Sim Mail Connector is a private tool used only by the Sim household. Only Google accounts belonging to the household are connected, and only with each account owner's consent. It is not available to the public.
With the account owner's permission, the connector can read Gmail messages, calendar events and related account information. It can send email or create calendar events only when the account owner asks for that.
The data is used only to give the account owners summaries, reminders and help with their own email and calendars. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone outside the household.
Some content may be processed by AI services used by the household's assistant, solely to produce those summaries and reminders.
Sign-in tokens are stored encrypted on a computer owned by the household. Message content is read when needed and is not copied into a separate database, apart from short notes the assistant needs to avoid repeating reminders.
Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
An account owner can remove access at any time from Google Account permissions. On request, the household will delete any stored tokens and notes related to that account.
